Foreclosure Prevention Fair in Downey

Avoid foreclosure fraud by attending a free and confidential Foreclosure Prevention Fair hosted by Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard on Saturday, Aug. 8.

HUD certified counselors, lenders and attorneys will meet with distressed homeowners to provide on-site assistance and one-on-one counseling. Homeowners will find information on:

*         Foreclosure Prevention

*         Loan Modification/Loss Mitigation

*         Fraud Identification and Prevention

*         Credit Recovery and Budgeting

America's Servicing Company (ASC), Bank of America/Countrywide, EMC, IndyMac (OneWest Bank), JP Morgan Chase, Wachovia, Washington Mutual and Wells Fargo are confirmed to attend the fair to speak with their clients directly.

Homeowners must bring their loan documents, income verification and monthly budget with them to the fair.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Downey Adult School, 12340 Woodruff Ave. in Downey.

want to solve your problem dont pay your mortgage in about a year or 2 the bank might ask you to leave (they dont want the house) rent for a while then when the smoke clears buy a home for what it is really worth your payments will about 25% of what they are now plus your home will be worth what you are paying for it why should the banks have all the fun that have your tax dollars anyway

Follow Michael's advice and ruin your credit for years and years.

You won't be able to buy a house in at least 7 years. No one can predict where homes prices will be then.
