Biz group to speak on "Bixby Knolls Work Plan in Action"

Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association on Feb. 18 will give its annual report and presentation on "Bixby Knolls Work Plan in Action" at the Long Beach Petroleum Club.

The event will also feature an award presentation, refreshments and entertainment by Grammy nominee, the Anne Walsh Band.
