Wingstop opened a Long Beach location this month, its 50th restaurant in the Los Angeles area and the 15th store for franchisee Far West Restaurant Group, which opened its first location in 2005.

"Wingstop has experienced great success in the L.A. area because we remain focused on two things: efficient carryout service and serving quality chicken wings as our core menu item," said Wingstop CEO Jim Flynn, adding that Wingstop has grown to more than 90 locations across California.

The 6792 Cherry Ave. location is open from 10:30 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Call 562-630-9464 or visit www.wingstop.com to place an order.
