Phil Mickelson switched his pro-am tee time with John Daly, although he did get to the course at 11:10 a.m., his exact tee time. He switched with Daly earlier in the morning of the noon tee time since the jet he had rented couldn't land in Santa Monica due to fog. If a player misses his pro-am tee time, he is disqualified from the tournament. This happened to Retief Goosen at the 2005 Nissan Open. He slept through his tee time - he said he never received a wakeup call - and was disqualified.
