Mastering Valencia

Defending A&T Classic champion Tom Purtzer certainly likes Valencia Country Club.
Purtzer, who shot a 5-under 67 Friday to trail leader Nick Price by a stroke, has won this event twice and has five top-10 finishers in six starts here. His worst finish at VCC was a tie for 14th in 2005.
