From the U.S. Open: Phil takes a 9 on No. 13...ouch!

Phil Mickelson just quadruple-bogeyed the No. 13 hole. He hit his approach shot and it was short and rolled back. HIs fourth shot missed the green and rolled back. His fifth shot missed the green and rolled back. He hit his sixth shot over the green, then three-putted. Ouch!
