Gore will miss cut at U.S. Open

Jason Gore's fairytale in U.S. Opens didn't continue at Torrey Pines. He played in the final group Sunday in the 2005 Open at Pinehurst, but Gore shot 79-76--155 in the first and second rounds at Torrey. He'll be able to spend Father's Day at home in Valencia with his son, Jaxon. His wife, Megan, is scheduled to deliver the couple's second child, a girl, in September.
