Tiger designing new ocean-front golf course in Mexico

Tiger Woods was in Beverly Hills today to announce his new golf course design project in Ensanada, Mexico. The project - with a price tag of at least $100 million - will feature the ocean from every hole. The course is called ``Punta Brava,'' which means wild point. Will have more on this later.
