TV Sports Personality Fred Roggin to Host Event

(Westlake Village) — Golfers are invited to tee up and participate in Oaks Christian School’s Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, November 17, 2008 at North Ranch Country Club. The fun-filled event, hosted this year by Los Angeles TV sports personality Fred Roggin, raises funds to support the school’s student financial aid program.

The day will include a continental breakfast, 18 holes of golf on the beautiful private Westlake Village course, tee prizes, a putting tournament, on-course lunch stations, and an exciting Helicopter Ball Drop raffle. Special contests will include Longest Drive, New Car Hole-in-One for a luxury car give-away, and “Beat the
Students,” who are members of Oaks Christian’s impressive high school golf team.
PGA golf pro Steve Pate will be on hand to offer tips, hit balls, and talk golf with participants. The day will conclude with a delicious Awards Dinner in the Club’s
dining room, complete with silent and live auctions.

“We are looking forward to an exciting and exhilarating event…” said Roggin.
“This fun-filled day of golf, friendship, and charity will benefit the Oaks Christian School financial aid program…and your partnership will help us succeed.”
