Mickelson to return for U.S. Open

Phil Mickelson, who's on hiatus from the PGA Tour to be with his wife, Amy, who is battling breast cancer, will play in the U.S. Open at Bethpage Black, the Associated Press reported. Mickelson will play in the St. Jude Championship in
Memphis, Tenn., this month, then
play the following week in the U.S. Open, according to the report.
