Europeans win Ryder Cup... but not without drama

| | Comments (0) |

The U.S. made a huge comeback today in the Ryder Cup, and it came down to the last singles match. Graeme McDowell beat Hunter Mahan in that last match for captain Colin Montgomerie's team in Wales, and the Europeans win, 14 1/2-13 1/2. Montgomerie called the win, just moments ago, ``the best moment of my golfing career.''
This was the closest Ryder Cup since 1991.
