Did Tiger Woods commit to play in the Northern Trust Open?

No. The 2 p.m. deadline today came and went, and Woods did not enter the field for the PGA Tour event at Riviera next week. This was no surprise. Woods has skipped the tournament for the fifth consecutive year. He had played it 11 times, including two as an amatuer, and never won. It's the most times he's played a tournament without winning.
