#Tiger #Woods finishes with a a 3-under 69 and is tied for second, three shots behind KJ#Choi. Woods is tied with Steve Stricker, his playing partner. Stricker remarked to a golf volunteer at the second hole that he couldn't believe the wind. he was joking. All was calm. But at the sixth hole for the Woods-Stricker group, the winds started swirling. It wasn't 60-mph wind as some forecasts predicted, but it made club selection difficult, according to Stricker.
