Chatsworth Neighborhood Council proposes by-law, board rule changes

After five years in operation, the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council is updating its board rules and by-laws, according to the council's Web site.

The review and comment period is open until Sept. 1.

On Sept. 3, the CHC board will discuss and vote on the updates.
