Cammalleri on Team Canada
According to TSN, Kings center Michael Cammalleri has been selected to play for Canada in the IIHF World Championships, which will be held next month in Russia. He will be joined by Kings associate coach Mike Johnston, who will serve as an assistant to...head coach Andy Murray. The reunion between Murray and Cammalleri should be interesting, since the two often didn't see eye to eye when Murray coached the Kings. Steve Yzerman put the group together, and it also includes Rick Nash, Shane Doan, Eric Brewer and Dwayne Roloson, for now.
Murray won the worlds in 1997 and 2003 and absolutely loves coaching on the international level. During his time with the Kings, he would often speak about his time as an associate coach for Team Canada during the 1998 Olympics.

Congrats to Cammy... he is really starting to turn heads in the NHL. He is getting the respect he deserves. This type of pub is good for the Kings who always seem to be the butt of everyones NHL jokes!
