I just read comments on some other website, Lombardi basically said he wants Cloutier to play a lot and get his confidence back.
Once he comes back in re-entry waivers though, some team might be enticed to pick up half the 3 million and then we are on the hook for the other half....
Can you also ask him what the deadline is to assign Bernier back to juniors? Is it 10 games played by Bernier, or the team's 10th game?

ps. Waiving Cloutier is a no-brainer considering his contract size and the fact that he hasn't out-performed the goalie pack in training camp...the Kings can't lose on this choice and hopefully it works out well for Cloutier too, he seems like a great guy.
Is he secretly praying that Nashville or Phoenix will grab the Beachball before he's actually in Manchester???
If he plays till he gets his confidence back...Cloutier would be on social security...
