ESPN’s Scott Burnside had an interesting note from London alongside his column on Jonathan Bernier. He says Rob Blake was stopping off in Toronto on the way home to Los Angeles today to film a small role in “The Love Guru,” a movie written by and co-starring hockey fanatic Mike Myers of Austin Powers fame. Blake apparently plays a Kings defenseman who is on the ice when the Stanley Cup is won. Kings fans can only dream. The movie also stars Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake and Ben Kingsley.
