Great. No sleep for me tonight.
Hopefully, he just got sick to his stomach over all of Modry's giveaways in this game and will be fine.
Need an update Rich.
Modry just had a nice giveaway...to Cammy for a pp goal.
How ya feelin Zad?
The team can't afford to lose this guy. He's been the most effective defenseman thus far.
Hopefully it's not serious, or we're stuck with Kevin dallman next game.
Ouch.
Yea i agree with anonymous. You suck Zad.
You guys are just elated w/ the win. Don't forget, Modry is still not a very effective defenseman.
Did you guys count his giveaways this game? Come on man, I want Modry to do well. Doing well helps the team. However, he had another very bad game. 2 of the giveaways resulted in scoring chances.
One assist does not make up for a poorly played defensive game.
Most importantly, the news is Jack is fine. Charlie Horse. Probably hurts like heck.
Please never forget Lombardi's biggest blunders thus far signing Cloutier(ok, hes gone now!), giving Blake Roenick money for a roenick Kings Performance retirement contract, and Signing Modry to any kind of contract.
If Johnson is hurt, dont force him back until ready.
Making it to playoffs or going deep this year will depend entirely on how are goaltending is doing.
Yeah, I'd much rather sit around pondering Lombardi's "biggest blunders" than enjoy watching this young team develop as promised. Please people get over yourselves, Lombardi is not perfect, but there's one thing he knows much more about than any of you and it is called...Hockey.
Oh No, It's Blake and Modry, oh geez. Listen, when guys in Manch are ready to play here they'll play here. Til then we have the veterans.
I didn't check today, but Modry was leading the Kings in +/- as of yesterday.
I don't think he's a GREAT defenseman but the guy is way better than fans give him credit for. I thought it was exteremely poor taste to boo the guy when he was introduced on opening night.
Have some class.
