Murray quotes

Here's some quotes from Brady Murray on facing his father Saturday. My feature will run in the newspaper (and online) Saturday with more info and quotes from Andy and Ruth Murray as well. They are the fourth father and son to go against each other as coach and player in an NHL game.

```The day I was drafted, it was a great day, but I looked at the situation thinking people were going to look at me and say, `The only reason he is there is because of his father.’ That really bothered me. No one ever said that to me directly, but you hear things.’’
``It’s kind of funny how it ended up. My dad and I looked at the schedule when it came out and saw this game, but we weren’t really concerned with that. I was worried about making the team.’’
``It's going to be weird on the ice looking up at the bench and seeing my dad there, but besides that I'm just treating it like my first (home) game.''
``It’s definitely gratifying to be here and know that I made it on my own. No one can look at me and say I’m here because of my father right now. It’s good to have separation. It would have been an awkward situation (to be coached by his father). When I was drafted, I thought about a few years down the road, if he was coach, and the kind of situation that would be. I’m glad the situation turned out the way it did.’’
On Andy being able to instruct his players on how to disrupt Brady: ``My role with the Kings right now is pretty simple. I just have to go out there and forecheck, create some energy for the guys and stuff like that. So I don't really think anything he says is going to change the way I play my game.''
On playing in his first NHL game in London: ``I was pretty nervous the first game. Nothing can really describe how you feel going into the game. I didn't get much sleep the night before, that's for sure.''
