damn this former duck. it's just too bad that he has to make his first impression against our kings. it had to be us.
this goalie's performance thus far can be attributed to pure adrenaline and high. it has very little to do with his talent.
i'd still rather have babs on our team.

Anthony's right. I'd rather have Babs on our team. Bryzgalov's success was due mainly to the strong defense in front of him. We'll see how he does with JovoCop and that rag-tag defense in the desert.

Ay Kings...since last Saturday, what happened? Man guys, let me tell you I was so happy going out of Staples last Saturday, but I'm so sad to know that they're about to go into a three game streak, unless they fix themselves.

Good game today from Labs but what happened to the rest of the team?

Bryz didn't have to do much to earn the shutout.

It sure would be nice to see Lubomir Visnovsky show up for this season at some point.

i'm not one to complain about crawford, but the lines he threw out tonight (and more importantly, his inability to change back to something that has worked) were not good. i don't really see the point of juggling the lines the game after the top line combines for 5 points while frolov is as hot as he's been as a king on the second line. the only adjustment i could see being made is moving o'sullivan to the point, but breaking up the top line? dumb. not adjusting until there were 9 minutes left in the game is equally bad.

*Second line...not point. Don't know what i was thinking there.

aaron, Lubo will start showing up as soon as he and Blake are separated... Blake this season, has been bringing Lubo down so hardcore... why not play Lubo with Modry and try and rekindle the chemestry they had in 2001 where Lubos play made Modry an AllStar???? Lubos got alot of assists, but his level of play and his +/- is aweful... hes constantly having to cover for Blakes poor play... Put Blake with Preissing, maybe their lameness can motivate eachother

Nick: Better yet, no Blake at all! Talk about someone who needs to sit out a few games to get motivated in playing his game (e.g. Preisssing).
