This O'Sullivan is a treat to watch.
What offensive instincts and soft hands.
Great win against a tough team.
Lets go for three, four, and five in Canada.
Go Kings.
What a great move by Kopi and Sully!!!! and labs came up strong as well...
I never would have guessed that we got so much for Pavol Demitra.
Awesome. Thanks Matt for your hard work!
Boo to Center-Ice for cutting out about 0.3 seconds after Barbs made the save.
Pretty good game all the way around. Kings played good 5 on 5 hockey with the exception of like two 2 minute stretches where the Stars seemed to really control play in the Kings zone but didn't get a lot of shots on net.
Is it just me or am I the only one who's really waiting for a big Jack Johnson hit here and there? What happened to Kill Jack Kill?...don't get me wrong he's playing great positional hockey, but I wouldn't mind seeing a decapitation or two.
It wasn't center ice shakes center ice only cut out because the FSN feed cut out.
The shootout cut into what they were planning on airing after 2 and a half hours of kings hockey.
I agree Shakes about Jack Johnson. I've only been to one game, Toronto, and he didn't do much besides make mistakes. He rarely passes the puck out of his zone, seems he alays passes to his partner to do the smart stuff. I've heard about the Kill Jack Kill, but it hasn't showed up in his NHL play.
Other thing I noticed was the lack of skating speed. Seems one or two player are fast but thier linemates can't keep up.
Great game. So, the question is....when does DL sign Sully to a Brown type contract?
Anthony....Nice comments, thanx!
Well said about Sully, he is playing awesome right now and is by far our most improved player. This kid just gets better and better with every game, what a pleasure to watch. Kopi is Kopi, he skated well but I missed his usual bursts of speed. His shootout goal was pure Kopi and a pleasure to watch.
Brownie still has my vote for team MVP this season but you've got to give honorable mention to Sully who has finally earned a place on the first line, deservingly so.....
Now for the bad, the Kings play the next 12 of 15 on the road. This is going to be a really tough streach for the team.
The swing through Western Canada isn't being televised....
