Brown has taken leave
to be with his pregnant wife, Nicole. It sounds like she's not going to wait until the 12th for the C-section appointment.

Good for Dustin and his wife - I wish them the best.
So does this mean that Boyle gets to take Brown's place? Could make for an interesting line, actually.
What an awful time to throw him in my pool :S
While I'm happy for Brown, this sure isn't good news for the Kings. Tonight, against the Rangers,he'll be sadly missed. Who will be taking his place?
Cammalleri has been activated.
Thinking good thoughts for the Brown family...
Wish NIcole Brown for a safe surgery and a healthy baby.
Congragulations Dustin. Get back soon. We need you.
I read abt Cammy being activated, but still wondering if he'll be playing against the Rangers tonight.
Congrats to Dustin and his wife...hope it doesn't come out lookin' like "Sancho!"
LOL
Kudos to the Kings Organization for allowing Dustin Brown to leave the team to be with his Wife for the birth of their Son. Hope everyone in the Brown Family is doing well!
