DL should also call up Petiot or Piskula to take Dallman's place.
We really need some muscle and hard hitting D-men on the blue line.
Right now Stuart, at 6'2, 213 lbs is our biggest D-man. No team is afraid of us.
Anthony does this mean the Kings are not going to playoffs this year? LOL
The Kings have been an easy team to play against for the last 2 seasons for the most part.Last night was a great example of that.
I actually agree with Anthony... I've heard about DL saying a former king might be making a homecoming... and heard other rumors about re-acquiring Tim Gleason,,, which I would be extatic about... we have no intimidating players on D, so we're getting out worked, out hit and out muscled by our opponants top forwards... bring Gleason home... play him with Johnson, so JJ won't have to worry about being as defensive minded and can truly begin developing his offensive game, utilizing his skating and shot more.
Gleason, yes.
Anthony is right about bringing up Petiot. (somewhere a sky is falling)
I'm sorry, but I don't remember Gleason ever being intimidating. I don't remember him hitting anyone that hard or out-muscling anyone. He was more like Scott Hannan - totally invisible and way overrated. Just my opinion/recollection. Speaking of Tom Preissing, WTF?? He's starting to compare unfavorably to Dallman and Harrold.
trade either preissing, petiot or piskula to blue jackets for Tollefsen then the goalie will be safe.
Gleason was a solid young D Man that wasn't given the chance here to develop.
I think he'll be very good.
