Kings win 6-3

I'm back from the locker room and will have some stuff from Purcell on his first NHL goal, Frolov, Armstrong, an injury update from Nagy and Crawford's post-game interview as soon as I transcribe the quotes and finish my final story for the paper.

Thats game. Great games by Sullivan, Kopitar, Boyle, FROLOV, Brown, and the gang. Dallman even played good and Giuliano almost scored on the penalty shot. Labarbera looked shaky, but made the saves. Overall good win, i was impressed. I think this Brian Boyle is going to be great in the years to come. 4 Goals in a span of 7 games? Anyone would take that, even a Alexander Ovechkin, whereas Boyle is only a rookie. Good win once again but the Playoffs are not in our reach this year, maybe the next year.

Anyone notice that Army was wearing an "A" on his sweater.
Kinda makes you wonder if Cammi is on the block. I wouldn't be surprised with all these youngsters scoring so many goals.
Boyle, Purcell, Sully, Kopi. Along with Fro & Brownie. OH My.
Can you imagine where we would have been if we didn't go through that 8 game losing streak. Which was caused by Ryan Smyth and his spear. We'd be fighting for that 7th & 8th spot.
Damn that Ryan Smyth. I hope that banana in his face gets bigger.

well said Anthony about the 8 game losing streak and that "banana nose" of his. Your right i never realized the A Armstrong was wearing instead of Cammi, good point. But also you never know, we still could have lost 8 in a row. Look at the Wings 8 wins in a row now 5 losses in a row which, thats the magic of sports.

Brownie had an A on his sweater as well. I assume that was because Cammy, Thornton and Blake were out.

Also, Brown was wearing the A as well........Good bye Cammi.......who?

As I have been saying for the past two weeks, send Cammi packing along with Blake, Wilsie, Cloutier & Thornton and get another good defenseman and power forward. Then bring up Moulson and Harrold and let all hell break loose. It can't be any worse than the season has been so far. Also, get Boyle to be more physical because this team needs someone other than Brownie to knock people on their asses. It was nice to see Brownie with an A, since he's deserved it more than Cammi. Now give Kopi one for his effort througout the season.

Everyone needs to lay off Cammi. He should be given an opportunity to center for Frolov and Patty-O. It took Army four months to start playing well, Cammi should be given a few weeks. We all know the guy can play.
