Cammalleri quote

Michael Cammalleri told Rogers Sportsnet tonight...

``I am thrilled to becoming to Calgary. I have always wanted to play in Canada. Now I get to live it. I look forward to playing in the Saddledome (in front of) the Flames fans. I know some of the players on the Flames and look forward to working with them to bring the Cup to Calgary.''

I feel that we could have gotten more for Cammi. Like him or not, you have to admit that he shows great potential for being a great leader and he's proven his scoring ability, and like I've said before, I'd rather have somebody shoot the puck on a team that is real shy on shooting the puck. This guy Toelbert(#12) though sounds like someone we desperately need for this team. I think what DL was aiming for is some room for the salary cap. Rich did say that we're on the hook w/ Cloutier if he's bought out. Or did I misinterpret that?

Ahh Shut Up!
You'll not be so thrilled after 2 weeks of Iron Mike Keenan. He's no Marc Crawford.
Your stupid one legged flamingo stand isn't goona get you very far with that coach.
Your selfish mentality isn't gonna score you any points either.

After his one year contract runs out, he'll either be running out of Calgary or he'll be driven out.

Don't sweat it guys. We have Sully.
Good ridance to Lord Cammi.

The question is.....are the Flames fans ready for the one-knee slapper? If he thought respect was hard to come by in LA, those Flames fans can be brutal and expect their players to play solid two-way hockey.

Could be a 40g/yr if Keenan doesn't shut him down. I don't thnik Cam has ever played for a driver. I am not sure that is a good fit. anthony is probably right.
