Richardson signed
The Kings have signed Brad Richardson to a two-year contract. I should have the financial figure soon. Also, the Kings confirmed the Jarret Stoll signing, which has finally been finalized...

1 MORE TO GO!!
I guess that just leaves O'Sullivan...here's hoping there's good news before this weekend.
Nice. It will be very interesting to see what role Richardson will be playing. From what I've read he has some serious untapped offensive potential and has above average defensive awareness. I wonder where he will fit, this team is already stacked in forward positions.
With some injuries he could get put in a scoring role and who knows, he might blossom.
For how much.
Two-way or one-way contract.
I still don't believe he's worth a 2nd pick.
He should start getting familiar with the San Bernardino county region. Ontario in particular.
i think richardson was signed as a defensive specialist to kill penalties. looking at his #'s from last year, he lead the avs in shorties and pk time from the forward ranks. this is a direct attempt to improve our own horrible pk #'s from last season. the more i think about it, the less likely we are to trade for schneider. i believe they want a stay-at-home d-man to help with pk and even strength goals against. of course they could announce the schneider trade tomorrow am and i will look like a tool. i don't think that we need another o-ffensive d-man. i hear that stoll has a great shot and can play the point on the pp. that's my 2 cents.
Richardson in the ECHL this season? i wouldn't put money on that.
He was traded for a deano 2nd round pick.. he's playing in the show..

by the way Rich.. any info on how Stoll's salary will be paid??
This guy may be a pleasant surprise as a defensive forward with some scoring potential. we need to improve the pk and we need some grit so maybe he can help us.
