Kings vs. Capitals
Just wanted to let you guys know both Rich and I are on assignment today and tonight, so no one will be posting updates on the blog during the game. You can use this post to make comments before and after the game, and when I get home tonight, I'll try to post stuff. Thanks for your patience.

Ovechkin levels Brownie in front of the Kings net and gets called for interference. Not even a minute later Brownie buries a backhander from Quincy on the PP for the ultimate in paybacks.
That made my day.
That looked intentional and dirty as hell. Ovechkin would have been showering early if his name weren't Ovechkin. I think Brown wants to eat him in little peices.
Last Night was Awesome. Such a great game. I love when we beat teams that the ducks loose too. HAHA. The KINGS looked really good last night. The rookies are really impressing me. Doughty is the best thing to happen to this team in a while. I think i might have to get a doughty jersey also. I can not wait until Saturday. Good job KINGS keep it up
Great game, a few dull spots, thought the boys looked a little flat to start the 3rd, some sloppy passing, forgetting the puck as they're trying to clear the zone, but our boy Eee Zee was up to the challenge. I fully belive Ovechkin was trying to headhunt, so I'm tickled that he got what he deserved. Glad to see us get the win, for the most part, with just a few hiccups, a good, solid, hard working effort. What was up with Goat-ier on the ice for the 5 on 3 though? That was scary, and it paid off for the Caps. Oh, and can someone tell that A** Clown up in 306 to stop with the Lets Go Kings Chant? Sounds like a buffoon.Somebody get that guy some popcorn so he'll shut up. The comedian in 304 is good though "How about Latvian heritage night" when Raitis was on the ice, that was quick and clever. Go Kings.

That was Greene's cover that cost us the goal on the 5on3. Gauthier has been awesome on PK's often clearing the zone with his glove. It's not like O'die wasn't available to Murray. Murray, thank god, knows how good Gaut is defensively. As long as he doesn't make those bad passes through the center he's outstanding, in my opinion. Better at throwing the weight around than Greene or O'die too. Though defensely O'donnell is the most solid of the 3. Again, IMO.
