I just read the story on SI.com and was going to jump back to Rich's blog to crow about it and of course, Rich scooped me.
It's really great to see Doughty getting the props he deserves. Allan Muir said it, not me: Early pick for the Calder Trophy.
Scar and Teubert both get a nice shout out too.
I'm making this call.
Doughty will win the Calder Trophy.

Doughty is amazing. We'll be talking about his signing to the Kings long term in a few years.
Nice article....The Kings are getting national press, not too surprising considering the way they're playing....This is a very good young hockey team who's best play is yet to come....
Yeah, you gotta love seeing this team get some national press.
Just think about the Kings defense for the next bunch of years. It's early, but I can't see any team in the league with a better future than the Kings.
