Wilson on Kings

Ron Wilson, coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs and former San Jose coach, had this to say about the Kings after San Jose’s morning skate:

“They have some different players but they are a lot more organized in their own end. Terry Murray is a really good coach. The right guy, at the right time. Some of their younger players are maturing. That’s what happens.”

“I think a big difference for them was picking up Sean O’Donnell to be able play with Drew Doughty on the back end and kind of stabilize things. Their goaltending has been pretty solid too. They play better in their own end. That’s a big difference.”
