Ersberg (mini-)update
Erik Ersberg had a MRI test today on his groin. Results aren't available yet, but I'll pass them along as soon as I hear something. Ersberg has not been placed on injured reserve, Jonathan Quick has been recalled under emergency conditions and Brad Richardson has been played on injured reserve, retroactive to Dec. 3.

Are Richardson's injuries worse than previously thought? I figured he'd be back any day now...
Maybe to put him on a "conditioning" assignment so as to get him some playing time in Manchester w/o exposing to waivers?
Got my fingers crossed for Ersberg. Hopefully it's not too serious.
