Kings 2, Sharks 2

There goes the Kings' momentum. San Jose scored a shorthanded goal with 4:17 remaining in the period. Drew Doughty coughed up a bouncing puck at the blue line, and Patrick Marleau skated in alone and beat Jason LaBarbera with a wrister to tie it.

labs makes the easy saves look hard. I have had enough with this flop machine. He only has a decent save % bc he creates so many extra shots. He also makes his D guys work harder to clear his stupid rebounds. Bring on the young guns. One last thing, is it just me or are the sharks getting away with a lot of penalties in the third?

The biggest penalty they didn't call that I can think of was when Grier tripped... I don't remember who. But yes, a lot of stuff is going uncalled.

Also, is it just me or does O'Sullivan seem a bit hesitant? Seems like the result of too many big hits against - one that comes to mind is when he was hit behind the Kings net by two Sharks players.

Hope for the best in these last couple minutes...

Great effort ruined by Labarbera. He looked awful in the shootout. I guess the Kings didnt play the strongest third but jeez was he bad. Labs had awful positioning on that shootout goal, it looked like a soccer goal he was so out of position.
