Kings 3, Ducks 3
Bobby Ryan completed the hat trick with one of the better goals you'll see. Ryan put a spin move on Peter Harrold, got to the front of the net alone and beat Jonathan Quick to tie the game 1:35 into the third period.

I told you clowns we shoulda kept Labby. LOL.
Not really surprising, as far as this team as come, they have a ways to go before they really learn how to win.
Oye Vey that last one made Harrold look like a rec leaguer.
Harrold got schooled. I'm sure hes gonna watch some video with the coaches...
Hey Vision, stay on your quest, Kings win...ugly, but they learned Quick
Not the first time Harrold's been burned. I see him riding a bit of pine when Johnson returns.
datacloud, re Harrold/burned/pine-riding:
Maybe, but Harrold has been very effective for much of the season. And, in all fairness, that was a hell of a move by Bobby Ryan. Yes, Harrold looked bad on it. Yes, he should have taken the man. The truth is, with Bobby Ryan executing that move perfectly at top speed, even if Harrold knew exactly what he was going to do, Harrold would have been lucky just to trip him up or otherwise pull him down...which would have saved a goal, but we would still be talking about how bad Harrold looked. That was a highlight reel goal. I think Terry Murray won't say much to Harrold about it. Maybe a little something about awareness, knowing who it is that's skating toward you with the puck. But even then, hat's off to the move. Great goal.
Good counterpoint. I haven't necessarily been unhappy with Harrold, although I do see him being the odd-man out, especially if Preissing is waived.
It was a great move. Ryan was all alone. If Harrold stones him it was just unsuccessful. He had nothing to loose.
Simmonds did something similar late in the third when he was all alone. He did a quick pull around a defenseman and got a lucky chip around a second. If he had corralled the puck and made a the shot we would be talking about how he made the Ducks defense look stupid. In stead, it didn't work and there is little mention of it.
The silver lining? Harrold is going to get some quality time on ESPN.
Good move by Ryan and we can't say Doughty hasn't been victimized by some one on one moves this season.
I get nervous whenever Harrold or Goat get a minus because everyone starts calling for their heads.
Just recognize the good things they do and the little flubs aren't too bad. Goat, especially, is often the most physical King and really does well on the PK to cut off the cross-crease passes.
They're not deserving of the All-Star game, but they do a good job for this team.
