Lightning 2, Kings 0

Just 41 seconds after the first goal, Mark Recchi picked up the puck in front of the net and beat Ersberg with a no-look, backhand shot. The period ends with the Kings getting booed by fans, at least those who are still engaged enough to pay attention.

Ummm....who here was talking about adding an elite scoring forward?....

WRONG!

First you need a goalie that can stop some shots, then you need to re-enforce the defence...then you can start worrying about anything else.

I'll say it jjust like many have, Mr. Lombardi might be a good gm, but in his time he has yet to find a coach that acutally makes sence. I form home could run the lines better & match up better than TM has, it's acutally really sad.

Save us from Gauthier and Harrold.

And at one point I saw Ivanans with Kopi and Frolov - this coach needs to see a shrink.

I'm at the game and ersberg had no defense support on the first and no chance of seeing the second. What happened to our defense? drew and quincey are the only ones out there so far it seems!

The team is going backwards..... when Kopitar mentioned being scared to make a mistake ...that was a clue....You cant p[lay hockey or anything in life when your boss is benching you for mistakes or telling you to take the day off from work...people do NOT respond well to that..SEE KINGS
