Morning skate update
-- Jonathan Quick will start in goal. Erik Ersberg is "99 percent," according to Terry Murray, and I can finally confirm that his issue was with his knee.
-- Brad Richardson will be back in the lineup tonight, with Gauthier and Preissing as the healthy scratches.
Here's how the forwards will skate:
Frolov-Kopitar-O'Sullivan
Calder-Stoll-Brown
Richardson-Handzus-Simmonds
Ivanans-Armstrong-Zeiler
I'll be posting some quotes on this stuff in a bit...

Our lines are getting better, but i thought yours was a little better. Thank`s so much for all your hard work and time you give to this blog, You are one in a million. Hope to meet some time at Staples.
finally fro-kopi-sully line. Im very excited to see that line together. Now when Moller comes back put him in Calders spot and I'll be loving it.
Does anyone really believe that these lines will stay together for more than a second? Come on, Murray changes lines sooner and more often than Crawford did.
Oh good, Zeiler is in the line up
Other than maybe Richardson getting a shot, what was wrong with the lines with the three previous games? We scored 11 goals in 2 games..
I guess we'll just have to see what happens.
Handzus is on the Richard Simmons line...
I would think Brown will be yearning for Doan and Modano by mid first period.
That Dan Fritsche for Erik Reitz deal tells me that Lombardi could try to swing some kind of deal to get rid of one of his extra defensemen any day now... Preissing's gotta be "hungry" to play SOMEWHERE.
Fro , Kopi and Sully have had previous success together.Looking over DVD replays of last season and can't help notice Sullys' goals coming from the right side about 90% of the time and the same from the left for Fro.Of course this would make sense seeing they are on their off-wings.WOW common sense or is this a nod from the Hockey Gods? The Playoff Drive For Eighth Begins! I figure 95 pts. needed.I know, I know, pass the Kool-aid Jonesy.
Really hoping Richardson gets going,I know he can be an asset to this squad.Great wheels and speed needs to let it all out.Pull up your socks grab your c---ks its hockey tonite.
It feels like it's been forever since the last time they played.
Let's hope they keep the momentum from before the break.
Big difference between last years all star break and this years.
We had nothing to look forward to last year after the break...at least there's some hope this year.
Go Kings!
I thought the top line looked good the game he skated Simmonds there. I'd like to see
Frolov-Kopitar-Simmonds
O'Sullivan-Stoll-Brown
Richardson-Handzus-Calder
Ivanans-Armstron-Zeiler
A quick shout out to Duck Hunter, are you going tonight?
