Moller to play tonight

| | Comments (20) |

Oscar Moller will be back in the Kings' lineup tonight, centering the fourth line with Raitis Ivanans and Peter Harrold. Derek Armstrong will be the healthy scratch. Moller has not played with the Kings since Dec. 17. He has six goals and seven assists in 30 games.

Wheres the best place to park at Staples?

Harry Author Profile Page said:

Hey Tom,
for 20bucks, you can park across the staple center on 11th and Fig.

O.K. that's what I wanted to hear.

It's a fact Ivan will be in every game this year, and to be honest I'm o.k. with that. But why can't we put Harold back on D and sent Drewiske back to Manchester? He hasn't done anything wrong, there's just no room for him right now. I would much rather see Ivan-Armstrong-Moller.

Between 8th and 9th off francisco, there are two huge $7 lots. then on foot, zig zag down francisco towards staples and you'll come right up on the yardhouse.

$20 will also get you into the "lot" on the south side of Staples I think. enter on Fig at the light & 12th.

the best "deal" without having to hoof it is the $15 lot on Fig right across the street from the CC plaza (south side of Staples). it's next to the ugly vacant car lot building with the faded American flag painted on the windows.

other private lots a couple of blocks south, or east on Pico are $8-10

Poor Army.
Nothing worse than witnessing your own career end.

Hey gang,
I hope you don't mind Rich but understand if you do. I just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyones interested.(?)
I have 2 tickets for Monday nights (2/16) game against the ATL Thrashers, Sec 315, Row 11, Seats 25-26. They're my season seats in the nose bleeds, 1 row below the press box but still great. I can't go because I my own hockey league also plays on Monday nights. Rather then give them to some bonehead from my office, I'd rather give them to a real fan and fellow I.T.K. blogger who will enjoy the King's run for the playoffs. No strings attached, first come first served. Just email me (link above) your first and last name and I will leave them for you at will call tonight when I'm at the Calgary game. Just show up Monday with your I.D. and your IN. This offer is even open to Anthony ;P
*Please respond ONLY if you can actually use them* I hate to waste anything especially my Kings tix and especially in our current economy.

Cheers!
Thanks Rich!

Should have sat Harrold. If you keep Army in, he can act as a bit of a playmaker for Moller, and Raitis can crash the net. By taking Army out, there is zero offensive skill playing with Moller. You might as well have Ivanans, Harrold and Zeilr in. Plus, Drewiske is playing unreal. You hardly even notice him out there, and that means he is playing great.

Hey Guys--what do you think? Could Moller be on display as trade bait, possibly for a proven sniper?

Interesting story on Murray and the Kings that went up today if you did not notice it.

Maybe Armstrong is just not feeling 100% with those flu symptoms going around. I don't think the 4th line is worth questioning in detail at the moment anyhow. I think any of the 4th line combos could be seen as weaker than the other.

Might as well wait to see how things pan out and go from there.

I think it's a good move to get Moller back in. Drewiske is getting good experience--nothing like he'd be getting at the Man. Now, for Army, he is the heart and soul of the team, but Moller needs to get back on the ice and get his legs back + plus Oscar play on the PP and PK, which Army doesn't. Who else would you scratch? You need Ivan to protect our skill especially with Calgary. I like playing Harrold because he plays D on the PP. Let's see how this game goes. The Flames will be ready to play tonight...Go KINGS...no let down after a successful road trip!

Jimmy, I don't see the link to your email. But I'll take the tickets if they're still available.

Good new on Moller. Bet Anthony just ****** in his pants knowing that Army is sitting tonight.

So if we lose tonight can we blame Moller?

This is tough....I'm one of Oscar's biggest fans and have been one of Army's biggest critics. But Army has been playing so well of late and is a veteran leader. I want to see Oscar playing again; I like Duckhunter's line of Ratis, Army & Moller.

TM knows what's best for this team but I hate taking Army out of the lineup

Parking - The car wash on the other side of LA Live, $10, easy in, easy out, easy walk and good access to the freeways.....

WTF? I dont understand this move. Taking out Army is a huge bust. Like someone said above he is the heart and soul of this team. Why not sit harrold, we have already done so for half of the year? I dont think Moller is the critical piece to this puzzle.

Yeah, Moller in, Army out. Kings down 1-0..

Lets go guys.

why does everyone say Army is the heart and soul of this team? because he's the oldest? come on boys, I'd rather have Brown, Kopi, Johnson or even Quick named as the heart and soul, but never once would Army's name have ever popped into my head...he does nothing to turn a game around, or get one started. Ya he plays hard and makes people laugh in the dressing room, but a heart and soul player is someone who HAS to be in your lineup every night...Army? Not so much...
