Quick update
Jonathan Quick will start in goal as the Kings return home tonight to play Calgary. No surprise there. Terry Murray said he would continue to play Quick since he's done so well in goal but that he would get Erik Ersberg in goal at some point.
I'll have more from the morning skate throughout the day.

no big surprise. but I think Ersberg will have to play if not against ATL definitely one of the back to back games: Sharks or Ducks pick your poison
At some point a coach should utilize the other goalie as well. Just to demonstrate that he hasn't lost confidence in him.
My two cents.
I just want the team to continue winning. And lately TM has done alright.
I am a bit worried about tonights game though. Calgary lost in OT last night and are probably pissed, coupled with the fact that our team is sick concerns me.
Also, was Dion Phaneuf suspended for the elbow shot he dished out to Andreww Ebett. That cheap shot was as bad as Gauthiers hit.
Some double standard here?
Keep riding the horse that brought you, Terry.
Plenty of back-to-backs and road games left for Ersberg to get in at points. No need to change it up, yet.
i will be at the game tonite.. hopefully we kick the crap out of them. i cant stand the flames they got the worst players of all time..
Anthony, for once we're in full agreement. Phanuef needs to be suspended for atleast 3 games for that flying elbow. Its sad that just because Ebbet didn't get hurt there probably will be no suspension. That was about as bad of a head hunt as you can get.
Jill, quick question, what was the attitude like at the skate? Did the players seem tired and just glad to be home? Or were they full of juice and excited about being home?
