Boucher announces retirement
Philippe Boucher, one of the real good guys in a league full of good guys, announced his retirement Thursday. Boucher was a defenseman for the Kings from 1995-2002 and played in 748 NHL games with Buffalo, the Kings, Dallas and Pittsburgh.

Ironic that he was last traded for another former King in Sydor. Still remember him coming with Denis Tsplikov (sp?) in exchange for Alexei Zhitnik, not too sure that was such a good trade for the Kings. Although Denis did have a great nickname, "pillows"...)
iansez - It was Denis Tsygurov, along with Boucher & Fuhr for Zhitnik, Charlie Huddy, and Robb (blueline) Stauber. You were thinking of Vladimir Tsyplakov.
Yea thats it Marc, thanks. Tsygurov was quite the "poor mans Modry" I reckon...;)
