Hmm, Moller down? I guess they want to see him play lots of minutes centering the top line at Manchester?

Oh noes! Not the Mikus! I feel really bad for all the AHL players who don't know what's in store for them.

is it just me or is Manchester going to be loaded this year?

Wow, look at that roster for Manchester, Wish I could watch those games...

It's unfortunate Schenn, Clifford and Teubert can't play for Manchester. Jeeez add these guys to Manchester and you have one hell of a roster.

Schenn's not going to his junior team. Is he going to say up and play at least nine games with the Kings at the start of the season?

Disappointed to see Moller sent down and I'm sure he's not happy about it. But I am happy to see Schenn still in LA, even if it's just till the next cut. I assume the Kings will make 2 more cuts? One next weekend and the final cut before the regular season starts?

Regarding Manchester, they should be very good. I intend to watch some of their games if they're streamed on the net. http://www.hockeywebcasts.com/

I doubt Schenn will make it to opening night. There's just too many quality options to fill that spot roster spot that can't be sent down as easily. I imagine he and Clifford will make it right up to the last cut before the season starts and then get sent back to juniors. Unless there's some injuries, than maybe he will get some NHL time.

at least that's my humble prognostication.

Moller going down leaves a hole for Schenn who so far is making it hard for the coaches to send him down. I'm a little surprised though.

Wow Manchester DOES look like a great team. What a future we have it would appear. If these guys all progress we have a lot of plug in players and years of depth.

BIG props to Geoff Walker! Congratulations on making it out of Ontario. You deserve it.

Moller being cut is a shocker. I know that Rich mentioned that it could happen, but I'm still stunned. I HOPE it's more about Purcell, Schenn, Clifford, and Lewis stepping their games WAY up, vs. Moller taking a step backwards. I don't expect to see Clifford after the last cuts, though.

BTW, I believe Loktionov was drafted straight out of Russia, so he's not tied to Windsor. He does have a year of eligibility left in JR, but can go to Manchester. Is this correct????

Yes Chuck, that is correct.

Damn...Manchester is SO loaded! I REALLY hate the rules with the AHL/Junior's...guys like Teubert and Schenn don't belong in the NHL yet, but they really don't belong back in Junior's either.
