The Kings will honor former goaltender Kelly Hrudey on Saturday night as part of their Legends Night series this season at Staples Center. Hrudey played with a distinctive bandanna beneath his goalie mask, and all fans attending Saturday’s game against the Calgary Flames will receive a Hrudey-style bandanna. Hrudey played for 15 seasons in the NHL, including eight with the Kings. “Hrudey on Duty,” was a common rallying cry as he helped to lead the Kings to the 1993 Stanley Cup Final. Hrudey is second on the Kings’ all-time list in victories with 145 and appearances with 360.
