Kings lose Game 1 to Chicago, 2-1

The Kings had a 1-0 lead but they lost 2-1 to Chicago in Game 1 at the United Center. Where have we heard that before? It’s the sixth time this postseason that the Kings have lost by one goal.
Also in the game, Mike Richards was hit late by Dave Bolland on a call that surely will be reviewed by the NHL. A Chicago television reporter told Bolland that his hit seemed to make Mike Richards see stars, and Bolland said: “**** happens.”
Justin Williams scored a first-period goal (he scored both of the Kings goals in Game 7 of the last series against San Jose.
Quick stopped 34 of 36 shots and gave up goals on a deflection and tip. He was incredible in the first period, when the Kings were outshot 17-2 and Quick stopped all 17 shots.
