Kwame booed

Wow, who didn't see that coming. Kwame Brown was booed by the home crowd as soon as he touched the ball. Then ... the ball slipped out of his hands.

We had a chance to speak with Kwame in the locker room quite a bit before the game and he was very candid about his time here in LA, the way he felt about being dealt and the kind of reception he'd receive from the folks at Staples tonight.

``At least it makes sense why they are doing it (booing) now,'' Brown joked. ``It didn't make much sense when I was here. Now, that's what they're supposed to do.''
