Light week

| | Comments (0) |

Due to a scheduling quirk, the Lakers have only one game this week, Wednesday against the Clippers.

The time off affords the Lakers a chance to rest up a bit and get some extra practice in. But after a long, high-intensity training camp, and the excitement of the first week of the season, it feels a little strange.

``I think everybody is geared to play, everybody is anxious to play games so we're trying to stay really competitive in practice today, make it feel more like a game so we don't get out of the rhythm of playing,'' Jackson said.
