Vujacic sprains ankle ... the other one

| | Comments (0) |

Sasha Vujacic sprained his right ankle in the closing minutes of Friday's loss to the Pistons, but did not believe it was serious. He missed time in training camp with a left ankle injury.

``I think it's not that serious as long as it doesn't swell up overnight,'' Vujacic said, before limping out of the Lakers locker room.

He did not have crutches or a protective boot, which is standard procedure with a more severe ankle sprain. He just had his right ankle wrapped tightly to help control the swelling.

Vujacic injured the ankle when he came down on Jordan Farmar's foot after grabbing a rebound.
