SAN ANTONIO -- The Lakers held the San Antonio Spurs to 31-for-86 shooting (36 percent) today and won their seventh consecutive game. Kobe Bryant scored 26 points, Pau Gasol added 21 points and Andrew Bynum grabbed 17 rebounds. The Lakers won with a superb opening quarter, when they scored on 12 consecutive possessions. The next three quarters were simply exercise. The Lakers' biggest lead was 32 points.
