Bynum ailing

PORTLAND, Ore. -- Andrew Bynum said he would play tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers despite coming down with what he believed was a case of food poisoning. He said he ate some undercooked salmon while the Lakers were in San Francisco after Wednesday's game against the Golden State Warriors. He skipped the team's morning shootaround and said he was feeling weak.
