Lakers assign Darius Johnson-Odom to D-Fenders

A day appearing in his first NBA regular season game, rookie guard Darius Johnson-Odom was reassigned to the Lakers’ Development League.

Johnson-Odom, who was selected 55th overall in the 2012 NBA draft, has impressed the Lakers with his athleticism and quickness. But he has garnered little playing time. He averaged only 4.7 minutes of play through three preseason games.
