Dwight Howard stars as “Ghosthunter”

Even if there’s no clear sign he will ever significantly improve his free throw shooting, Dwight Howard has remained dependable in two areas.

The first involves dunking. Even if he’s describes himself as 75-80 percent recovered from seven-month back surgery, the Lakers center still throws down with force. The second involves acting. Howard loves making faces, smiling and chopping it up with teammates, trainers and reporters alike.

Blend those two elements together and you have Howard starring in his latest Adidas commercial spot.

It features Howard dunking on a bunch of actors posing as Lakers players. The ad then reveals Howard’s supposed second life that involves being a “Ghosthunter” (I guess “Ghostbuster” is copyrighted).
