Strongly offended that the NBA has eliminated the center position for the All-Star ballot, Dwight Howard has taken up a cause.
He appeared in a parody detailing how he’s supporting “The Center Center for Centers” a place that helps centers develop into another position. There’s even a contact number: 1-951-2-CENTER. There’s also a website and Facebook page: Why? So they can then get voted on the All-Star ballot, of course.
“We give centers the love and care they need and we retrain them as point guards, ready to become productive members of the NBA,” Howard said. “They learn how to dribble. They learn how to make a layup without dunking, how to shoot a three and how to wear those tiny, tiny sneakers.”
