How will Kobe Bryant play tonight against the Toronto Raptors in what will mark his first game since tearing his left Achilles tendon eight months ago? Will he play more than 20 minutes? Would he score at least 20 points to show he can still score? Will he go into facilitator mode to ensure a balanced offense while he works back into game shape?

This all became a topic of discussion on Time Warner Cable’s Access SportsNet recently where host Jamie Maggio, analyst Dave Miller and I talked about Bryant’s return.
