Oregon's Chandler Whitney homered to left field to stop Washington's shutout, but it wasn't enough to stop a mercy-rule shortened game on Wednesday night. Washington defeats Oregon 18-1.

Oregon will play Wyoming at 4:30 p.m. in the semifinals, while Washington will play Montana in the semifinals at 7:30 p.m.

Washington finished with 18 hits, while Oregon had three hits.

Washington pitcher Alec Kisena struck out two batters, gave up one earned run and retired eight batters by ground out.
